There you will find plenty of shopping and dining. It is also close to I-17 which will take you into town. This home is in the rural community of Kachina Village on 2 ACRES of land!  No train noise, incredibly peaceful and has great winter access.  WIRELESS INTERNET AND 3 FLAT SCREENS WITH CABLE TV.

The home sits in the wooded pines surrounded by forest land, and yet quickly accessible to all of Flagstaff and Sedona's wonderful amenities. You get the best of both worlds.

Rates are quoted below:  Please be aware there are No fees for personal check or money orders if you prefer to use a credit or debit card there is a small fee.   The rate is based on nightly fee with only the cleaning fee being an extra charge. WE ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS AND PERSONAL CHECKS USING OUR PAY-PAL SYSTEM.

Cleaning fee is based on number of guests, please inquiry.

Requirements to book your stay:   50%  Deposit is required. We are happy to accept online payments by credit card, paypal or by personal check.  Please advise us of your payment choice at time of booking.

Remaining 50% is due on day of arrival.   This along with your cleaning fee must be paid on or before your arrival date. 

100%  REFUNDABLE up to 14 days prior to your arrival date.  Simply advise me and we will be happy to refund your deposit in full.  We simply ask you cancel 2 weeks prior to your stay to give us time to re-rent the home.  If you cancel after this time your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be credited to your stay amount when you arrive.

A Security Authorization on your Credit Card,  Master Card, Visa, Discover will be taking at the time of arrival. Please see terms and condition on contract sent to you prior to booking.  This will be a pending authorization, not a charge, unless there is damage or missing items in the home.

Pets must be pre-approved in this home. Please let us approve prior to your stay.  We must know the breed and the weight of your pet.    No Smoking inside home.  We have a covered patio outside for your smoking needs.

This home does have a cleaning fee, please contact me for price prior to your booking date.
