Mountain House in Payson

Cozy 1250 sq. foot home has two bedrooms + den/bedroom , master and guest bedrooms have a queen sized beds - the 3rd room has a futon couch/bed approx. full size, 1 ¾ bath,  Main bath has a full bath (tub with shower), the master bedroom has a shower only, with the size of a tub. The house is located within Payson city and  has easy access to the conveniences of town, plenty of unique small shops and larger stores to meet your daily material needs. Enjoy fresh cool mountain air (5000 ft. elevation) while using the city Park facilities located just beyond the backyard. Hike through the park and other local hiking and biking trails. Also, enjoy the East Verde River and Mogollon Rim, within a few minutes’ drive from the house. There are many great opportunities for relaxation summer and winter. Most cell phone access is available but there is no land line in the house.  No smoking and no pets please. 

Fully furnished home with most of your basic needs supplied. Fully equipped kitchen includes cook stove, refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pan. The kitchen also has glass ware, dishes and eating utensils. Home has central heating and air conditioning with a pellet stove to warm a chilly evening or early morning. The two car garage, with door opener also has the laundry area, washer, dryer and supplies. The fenced backyard has a gas barbeque, umbrella, and small fire pit. The back patio also has a table and chairs and two person swing seat. A small front patio has a bench and chair for relaxing and enjoying the trees.   Satellite-Direct TV and Internet access with WIFI are also available.  HDTV with DVD and VHS players, with many movies.

Fishing, hiking, biking and just enjoy the fresh air. The town of Payson is home to many antique and craft shops, the country’s oldest continuous rodeo, and a casino with entertainment and good food. The Movie Theater down town, a library in the city park which also has baseball fields, soccer, tennis, basket ball, city swimming pool, large children’s play area and horse shoe pit. • Security Deposit - $200-$250 refundable upon satisfactory inspection of property when leaving.
• Full rental fee is required 3 weeks prior to arrival date.
• Cleaning fee - $50 per visit up to two weeks.
• Reservation cancelation within 14 days of scheduled arrival, will require a minimum two nights fee.
