Vacation Rental Description

This unit has fabulous ocean views from living area and master  
bedroom. I love the layout of this approximately 900 sq ft unit;  
single story condo (lower level entry). This unit is 2 bedroom / 1  
bath with assigned garage parking (single spot). Nicely decorated,  
equipped with all the necessities plus more. Master bedroom has King  
sized bed and ocean view. Guest bedroom with 2 twin sized beds.  
Property has private beach access, quick walk to the beach, and is  
pool side. This unit is a No Smoking Unit that is regular inspected  
and professionally cleaned.  
 
Ormond Beach is located near  
many Central Florida Hot spots: Daytona Beach (6miles), St.  
Augustine (40miles), Orlando and Disney Parks (60miles), Kennedy  
Space Center (55miles), Jacksonville(80miles).

Terms and Condtions

1. Abide by all property (unit and complex) posted rules.  
 
2. Cancellation Policy (2007 policy)- 45 day notice required for  
full security deposit return (25.00 processing fee is  charged).  
Less than 45 Day, more than 25 days notice will result in the  
reduced return (50%). Less than 25 days notice will result  in the  
forfeiture of the entire security deposit. In all cases your pre- 
paid rental payment will be returned. Special event weeks require 60  
day notice. 
 
3. Security Deposit Charges - written notification will be sent if  
there are any security deposit charges due to damage(s) or charged  
extra fees. Following the documented rules will ensure no extra  
charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
