Step right out the back door to the open lawn and out to the pool or to the beach. We are so close to the ocean you can literally throw a sea shell from the back deck and hit the beach!

Great for families with children or for senior adults who don't want to have to climb stairs or mess with the elevators!  You can sit on the back deck while your loved ones swim in the pool or enjoy the beach and you're just steps away.  No hassle with having to carry beach chairs and other things through the condo lobby.  Super convenient!

We are located on the semi-private "No Drive Beach" which makes it clean, quiet, and safer than other beaches.  Our condo is right next to Ormond-By-The-Sea and just a few miles north of Daytona.

Master Bedroom has beautiful views! Furnished with a king bed. The sliding glass doors open out to the balcony.  New flat screen Cable TV with remote. Full bathroom with tub and shower and walk-in closet.

Guest Bedroom has 2 double beds, walk in closet, and cable TV. Bathroom with shower.

Kitchen is equipped with all the appliances  you'll need for cooking.  Oven/Range/Microwave/Refrigerator, pots, pans, crockpot, dishes, utensils etc. This is a good-size kitchen, not a little galley like you'll find in some condos.

Fresh linens and towels provided! 

Den has NEW queen sleeper-sofa and chairs, new flat screen cable TV and DVD player.

Unit has its own private laundry room with washer and dryer located just across the hall from the front door (only a few steps away).

Free Wi-Fi in unit!

The Van Lee Building has a newly renovated pool , exercise room with sauna, card/game room, and library.  Pool hours are from 9am - 10pm.

Secure Assigned Underground Parking! Sorry, no Sleeper Vans, RV's or trailers.

May thru October is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. The turtles come to shore to lay their eggs which hatch several months later. 

Daytona International Speedway home of the Daytona 500 is just around the corner.

There are several State Parks to explore.

Near-by areas to visit, less than an hours drive: Historic St. Augustine (Tour the charming City or enjoy First Friday Art Walk), Marineland (Dolphine Adventure), Flagler (Quaint Seaside town), Palm Coast (See Washington Oaks Gardens State Park), Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach.Ponce Inlet (see the light house), and of course Daytona (Daytona 500 raceway).

Weekly Rates Range From $850 (With Discount) to $1200 @ week depending on the season and number of guests.  Discounts do Not apply to holiday or special event weeks.  Rates may be higher during these weeks. Maximum of 4 guests. No small children.

Monthly Rates Range From $1900 (off-season) to $2200 @ month.   

Weekly Rentals Are Not available during Winter Months (January thru March).

All Rates Subject to Florida Tourism Tax of 12.5 % + Cleaning Fee of $75. 

Security Deposit of $300 for Weekly Rentals. $500 for Monthly Rentals.

Deposits or payments made via credit card or Paypal are subject to 2.5% fee.  Payments made by personal check must clear before arrival.

Cancellation Notice for Weekly Rentals is 30 Days to Receive Refund.

Cancellation Notice for Monthly Rentals is 60 Days to Receive Refund.

Multi-Month Bookings Receive Priority.  Therefore, shorter term rentals are subject to cancellation in order to accomodate a longer-term booking. In this case a full refund is given and we will assist in finding an alternate condo in the same building, if the customer desires.
