vacation rental description
Escape the hustle and bustle of every day life in this historic beach front home. Built in 1925, by George Albert Zabriskie, this beautiful home was often the party location for several of Zabriskie's friends, including the Rockefellers!
The estate sits on an expansive stretch of land, in the non-driving zone of the World's Most Famous Beach, making it virtually your own private beach.
The Doldrums is approximately 3600sq. ft., has a pool, decorative fountains, authentic Spanish tiles and design, a beautiful courtyard to welcome you and the property is enclosed by wrought iron gates. On the back lawn there is a large tiki hut that is perfect for using the fire pit, reading a book, watching the dolphins go by, counting the pelicans as they fly overhead, or simply relaxing and being at peace.
