square feet), 3 bedrooms, 4 bath home nestled among pine trees in 
the quaint seaside village of Neskowin, with an oceanfront hot tub.  
Spectacular ocean and Proposal Rock views from living, master 
bedroom and kitchen areas. Walk right onto the beach.  Newly updated 
and bright, with wood-burning fireplace (wood provided), skylights, 
new flooring, completely new master bath with designer tiles and 
Jaccuzzi bathtub, new living room furniture.  Beautiful deck with 
gorgeous views and teak patio furniture.  Wood-beamed vaulted 
ceilings.  Master has all new furniture and new king bed, second 
bedroom has queen, third has queen and two twin beds.  Also has 
hideaway bed in game room. 
Located in a private gated community.

Activities and Attractions

In Neskowin, enjoy long quiet walks on miles of gorgeous, secluded 
beach, unparalleled salmon fishing, fabulous hiking trails through 
lush forests, two golf courses, art gallery, horseback riding (in 
summer), excellent restaurant.  Sitka Center for Art and Ecology 
nearby.

Less than 15 minutes from Lincoln City and numerous excellent 
restaurants and the casino.  Also less than 15 minutes to Devil's 
Lake recreation area with windsurfing, hydroplaning, bird watching; 
can rent mountain bikes, canoes and paddle boats here.  Easy access 
to Portland (about two hours) and Oregon Wine Country (about one 
hour).  

Vacation Rental Rates

$445/night (March 15 - September 30)

$335/night (October 1 - March 14)

$80 non-refundable cleaning fee; $15 booking fee; $40 cleaning fee 
for hot tub (only if hot tub is used -- waived for stays of 5 nights 
or more)
