This beautiful, cozy 4 bed 3 1/2 bath town home overlooks a pond.  It has a full size, fully furnished kitchen. This unit has all new mattresses except for the single beds. There is a master bedroom downstairs with a king size bed, there is also a master bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed, another bedroom has 2 single beds, and the other bedroom has a full size bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a washer and dryer in the unit upstairs. This unit also has internet access within the unit as well as flat screen TV's for your enjoyment. There is also a screened in porch for you to relax and have your morning coffee, while overlooking the pond! 

The community of Heritage Key Villas is a gated community and nicely landscaped . There is a large resort pool and hot tub.  Nice playground or sand volleyball There are grill areas around the community for you to grill some burgers!  The clubhouse has wireless internet as well as 2 computers stations that can be used for internet purposes.  The clubhouse also has a 24 hr. fitness room, a game room, a theatre room, and TV's.  Come into the clubhouse to find many brochures of a wide vartiey of attractions and activities that you can participate in.
