steaks and/or sit out on the lanai and watch the sunset. Don’t feel
like cooking? Eat Mexican food just 5 minutes away or have a night
out of bowling, movies or gambling just 25 minutes away. After a
tough day on the river enjoy a Hawaiian Shaved ice or a swim in the
pool and relax in the warm jacuzzi. No pets or smoking.

Summer Rates: April - October
Weekday $200 per week night

$250 Friday and Saturday (2 night minimum)

SPECIAL $1250 for a week (Monday to Sunday)

Holidays - $500 per night (2 night minimum) 

$500 security deposit is required to hold date.
*Security deposit will only be refunded if there is no missing or
damaged property. 72 hour cancellation notice is required, if
cancellation requirement is not met you will be charged a fee
depending on length of stay agreement. NO REFUNDS ON HOLIDAY STAYS.
Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency
and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
Snowbirds Rate:
November through March $1,400.00 per month (water, gas, and
electrical included)
Renter to pay first and last months rent
Renter is responsible for internet and telephone hook-up and payments
