Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful Gulf views from all over in this top floor beach front 
condo located at 4770 Estero Blvd. in Seaside Condominiums. This 
unit has all the amenities that you need, just bring your shave 
kit.  We are located mid-island, minutes to shopping, dining, and 
other activities. The grocery and marina are just across the street. 
The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, TV, and adjoins a 
private bath and the terrace.  Twin beds and a TV/VCR is located in 
bedroom #2. The livingroom has Bahamas carpet, 2 chairs, a sleeper 
sofa, a CD/stereo, and DVD player. Ceiling fans throughout. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Answering machine, DVD player, VCR, AM/FM stereo with CD, dishes, 
silverware, cookware,full size range and refrigerator, dishwasher, 
towels, sheets, built-in hair dryer, pool, beach chairs, pool-side 
lounger chairs, an outside grill, onsite laundry facilities, 
furnished screened terrace with fan.  Ceiling fans in both bedrooms, 
on the terrace, and in the living. Wireless internet access.
No Smoking in the unit, please.

Beachcombing, watercraft rentals, many restaurants and shops, 
grocery store and mariana (across the street).  
Away from the beach: visit the the outlet malls and Edison/Ford 
museum, other area galleries and theatres.

air-boat tour. Try out our local fishing excursions. Don't miss the 
wonderful nature preserve of Lover's Key, just 3 miles away.
Many golf course within minutes away.
Visit Naples for the upscale shopping.
Visit other are beaches: Sanabel/Captiva, Bonita Beach, Vanderbilt, 
& naples.

Christmas week thru New Years week @ $1395 per week
Discounted rates for January @ $1060 per week
February thru mid April @ $1600 - $1800 per week (spring break weeks = $1800)
May thru July @ $695 per week (Late May special discount)
August until November @ $595 per week 
November & December @ $695 per week (Thanksgiving = $750 per week)
4 night minimum off season = $150.00 per night + $75 cleaning fee 
6% state tax
5% county tax
