Other attractions less than 10 min away are Lower Greenville Ave, Deep Ellum, Victory Park, West End, American Airlines Center, Uptown Dallas, and Fair Park. It is also less than 1 mile to Historic Lakewood Theatre and access to places like Times 10 Cellar, Lakewood Golf Course, Dallas Festival of Modern Music and Historic Swiss Avenue.
