Vacation Rental Amenities

This newly & fully furnished condo has 1 bedroom with king-sized 
sleighbed and an extra sitting room area for a full-sized airbed 
(airbed provided).  It has everything  you need to enjoy the 
comforts of your home like linens, towels, kitchenware, silver & 
dinnerwares, flat iron , just bring your clothes!!! 

Kitchen has a high - end upgraded Maple & modular cabinets, Corian 
countertops & full backsplashes  with top of the line Miele & Sub-
Zero stainless  steel appliances & sinks. Television with cable is 
provided.

Aquarius condo is a beachfront property with swimming pool, fitness, 
center, owners lounge for your functions & others.

 Its walking distance to shopping , dining and the Mac Arthur Park.  
Enjoy Florida living with easy access to PGA Golf Course, parks, 
bikes/walking paths, marinas for scuba diving & snorkelling, 
fishing, boating dockage & other water 
sports. Minutes from trendy West Palm Beach and world famous Worth 
Avenue on Palm Beach Island.  15 Minutes to West Palm Airport and 1 
1/2 hours to Miami.

Vacation Rental Rates

No daily or weekly rental. Jan- Mar requires 3 month minimum. A 30 
day minimum is required for all other months. 

2006 Rates:

In season January thru March at $ 3,500/month for at least 3 months. 

April, May & October thru December at $ 2,800/month.

Off-season June thru Sept. at $ 2,000-$ 2,500/month. Depending on 
market conditions. 

Long term rates available. No pets. No smoking. Max occupancy 
limited to 5 people per unit. Until confirmed , rates are subject to 
change. 

Security deposit of $ 300 is refundable. 25% deposit is required to 
reserve dates.
