Luxurious 1300 sq ft. brand new one bedroom ocean front condo with a den, and
fully furnished. It has 1 and a half bathrooms with marble upgrades.
A gorgeous upgraded kitchen with Granite countertops and stainless
steel appliances. Lots of closet space. The condo is on the 6th floor that has a  beautiful balcony with intercoastal, city and ocean views.

Sian has direct access to the beach a wonderful heated pool, brand new gym, free valet parking or a spot in the parking garage. The condo has a 46'plasma tv in the living room, a queen sleeper sectional, an LCD tv in the bedroom, a dvd player, xbox games, a cd player and even a great memorabelia record player and futon in the sitting area/den. The kitchen has all the amenities, coffee maker, toaster, microwave ect. The bathrooms have been remodled and the carpet is brand new. There is local telephone service, Cable television and Wireless DSL service. There are towels, sheets, iron w/board and blow dryer.This place is NICE!!!! All you need to do is bring yourself and your luggage.

Two buildings down is the Westin Diplomat with lots of restaurants,
shops, water sports, a marina and bars. Minutes away there is the
Hollywood board walk, Aventura mall, Gulfstream park, and the
Hollywood Seminole Hard Rock and Casino. There are grocery
stores and shopping plazas near by as well.

May thru November $2200.00 a month.


One month minimum rental.
10% upfront Deposit
$500.00 Security Deposit required and given back at the end of stay if property  is in good condition.

Comfortable Stay

The unit is located in the Sian building which has a great location on Ocean Drive. You are a short walk across the courtyard to the beautiful beach on the Atlantic Ocean. There are beach lounge chairs & umbrellas for rent or bring your own. The Sian is also across the street from the Hollywood Trolly bus stop which takes you to the Boardwalk or downtown for a buck! The unit was comfortable and we did not experience any of the issues listed in the last review to Desiree.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing

The unit & building were misrepresented. Very smelly laundry room.
Smoke enters the apt .
The bathtub was deplorable. Unable to have a bath. The shower faucets falling out.
The soap dispensers don't work.
Bugs in the dishwasher.
Bug on the refrigerator
Bugs on the kitchen table.
Toaster oven which was not working. She refused to replace it.

Owners response: Very surprised with this review. The condo is not misrepresented it is a very beautiful and well kept building and unit. Smoke, bugs nor a smelly laundry room has never been an issue. The toaster oven was extra in the unit and was working. The bath tub and faucets were in bathing conditions but have all been replaced. The building has very good security management. All of my tenants have always been very happy with their stay.
