Norman Ridge Gardens is a lovely 5-bedroom home with comfy features throughout. It is a very quiet and relaxing retreat with private access and parking in the front of the home. RV accessable.  NMRG is a perfect setting in all seasons.  It includes an open plan large living room with cozy seating and a 50-inch flat screen television with cable, DVD player,  plus a large formal dining room table, perfect for large social gatherings, meetings, or crafts & games.  Leading from the living room, you enter a sunny three-season porch, perfect for meditating, chatting, or reading.  This room leads to an outdoor patio complete with furniture and gas grill overlooking this beautiful 1-acre lot. A Gazebo looks over the estate that seats 6.  NMRG has 1 ½ baths, close to all bedrooms.  The charming bedrooms have cozy and comfortable beds with ample closet space.  One twin bedroom is equipped with a 20” flat screen television. Your vacation rental includes eclectic and antique pieces of furniture and accessories creating a calm and soothing atmosphere.  The fully equipped kitchen features a full size refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, with all dishes & cookware necessary for your cooking needs. There is a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.  NMRG is completely handicap accessible. Central air/heat for you to adjust the temperature as you like it.

We are very close (2 miles) to Bush Lake, 10 minutes from the Mall of America & Water Park of America,  Normandale College, & Valley West Shopping Center.   You can walk by trail to Highland Hills Ski Resort -less than 5 minutes away!  Valley Fair and Canterbury Horse Track is less than 40 minutes.  Mystic Lake Casino has a free shuttle if gambling is in the cards!  Biking trails, lakes, fun and action.  Come back to your vacation rental for peace and quiet- although it is not unusual to see a deer or two in the yard!  Only 15 minutes to the International Airports, HHH & Lindberg Terminals.

Rental Rates

All rates include tax-there are no hidden fees.  Cleaning is included on stays 6 days or more.

Reservation and Damage Deposits:
Reservation Deposits must be received at time of booking.
Full payment for rental is due Twenty One (21) days prior to the commencement date
of your rental.
Daily & Weekly rental requires a $150.00 reservation deposit.  This amount will be deducted from your total rental balance when payment is due. 
Damage Deposits
The damage deposit is $200 and will be fully and promptly refunded within 10 days from the end of your stay.  It will be refunded if there is no damage to the house, property and/or loss of property.  In addition, a portion of your damage deposit will not be refunded if there is need for heavy cleaning beyond the normal and expected.  Our four legged guests must be paid for or damage deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be made 30 days prior to the beginning of your scheduled stay.  Your reservation deposit will be refunded to you in full unless it is a monthly rental, then a $500 dollar cancellation fee will apply.  If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the beginning date of your scheduled stay, the reservation deposit will be forfeited, unless the vacancy created by your cancellation is filled in the same capacity as your reservation.

Pet Charges
We permit pets, however they must be cleaned up after-indoors and out! 
Pet charges are $25 per pet per day.  The damage deposit will be forfeited if an animal is present and we are not aware of it.  Extra cleaning is required once an animal has vacationed at NMRG

Departure Cleaning Fee is included in all weekly stays:
Extra cleaning can be arranged during your stay for an additional cost of $25. per hour
$75. cleaning fee on stays less then 5 days
Minimum 2 night rental required on all stays
