heated swimming pool, park-style grill, outside enclosed shower and 
fish-cleaning sink.  There is a dedicated 8 foot easement to the 
beach in front of the house.  Each bedroom has large windows, 
Gulf view, private full bath and television. Family room has large 
TV/VCR and gas log fireplace.  Bedrooms feature 1 king, 2 queens, 1 
full/twin bunkbed and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Location is away from 
the "public" gathering areas and very serene.

listed annually in the top ten beaches in the United States.

Mid Season (02/28-05/22).....$1800.00 per week
High Season 05/23-08/14).....$2715.00 per week
MOnthly Rate for 06-07.......$2600.00 (Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb)

Spring Break: High Season Rate
Labor Day, Thanksgiving: Mid Season Rate 
Christmas, New years: Mid Season Rate  
rates apply to week before and week after). Deposit of 1/2 rental 
rate required within 10 days to confirm reservation.
