Rates are in Canadian dollars only, and must be paid in full upon confirmed booking. A 25% refundable security deposit is required on all bookings and will be held in trust and returned within two weeks of departure.  Minimum 5 night bookings only.  2 night penalty on all cancelations.  Full rental pentaly on all cancelations within 14 days of arrival. [excluding damage deposit]

Payment accepted in Canadian Money Order only, including damage deposit.

High Season from Dec 1st-April 30th [$475 per night]

Low Season from May 1st-Nov 30th [$295 per night]
