Adorable two bedroom upper apartment in the heart of the village of Bemus Point with beautiful lake views and lakefront access with dock. In the heart of it all with all shops, restaurants and entertainment in your back yard. This location is uparelleled if you want to experience all the village has to offer without every having to get in your car. Private lakefront and dock space available for our guests to enjoy. Our vacation rental is located on the second floor above our garage and office.

Don't miss our new antique boat museum, The Lawson Center located right across from the fabulous Hare n Hound and next to the Italian Fisherman. The See Zurh house is a local favorite for good times and great food as well. Don't forget ice cream cones at the Bemus Market. Save time for a round of golf at the Bemus Point Golf Course and bring your tennis rackets as the public courts are right up the street. Renowned Chautauqua Institution is a 10 minute drive. As current full time and lifelong residents of Bemus Point, we are excited to offer our guests a little slice of life on the lake!!
