Offering one, two and three bedroom, real beach cottages, you are just 200 steps to the best beach in American. Clearwater Cottages is the best value on the beach for large families with lots of children and pets. Families have enjoyed these cottages for almost 100 years. Cute, artsy, and fun, these restored cottages are little house just steps from the beach. All feature tile or wood floors, new kitchens and baths, a common backyard for the kids to run around, Many have a deck where you can relax at night and watch the local scenery and toursit walk by. Decorated with white beachy furniture, you will enjoy your little house by the beach.

The Pineapple Beach Apartment and Hideaway Beach Apartment are located in the large building at 640 Mandalay Ave and are not cottages. All the other units are 1920's wood beach cottages.  Our cottage are for families with children and pets and don'mind getting some sand on the floor, laid back couples, and beach fun loving young people and adults. Well heeled travelers who live in expensive homes who expect perfection should stay at the Sandpearl or Hilton Hotel just 2 blocks over as we prefer fun loving families who dont mind if the kids get some sand on the floor. The cottages are clean, remodeled and fun, but not like the new condos across the street. You will get to enjoy the same world class beach as the Sandpearl guests for one third the price. Capt. Al and the cottage counselors are here to make sure you get personalized service and have a great beachy vacation, beachy means sand on the floor, towels hanging on the chairs, kids running around having fun.

Full real kitchens, centeral air or air conditioner in each room. BBQ grills, gazebo and common back yard to socialize with other guests or let the children or pets run around. Most cottages are real little houses. We offer free passes to the best pool complex in Clearwater, just across the street and 2.5 blocks walk. Heated Olympic size adult pool, kiddy pool with slides, fountains, and life guards. Air conditioned exercise facilities overlooking the waterways. This pool complex is way superior to most hotel pools and professionally maintained by the City of Clearwater. Supersized Hot Tub opens April 15 at Clearwater Cottages. Optional resort fee is $49 for all guests less than one week or $95 unlimited use for all guests for one week. 30 minute intervals opens 10 am to 9 pm. Must reserve at time of booking. Some restrictions apply.

Capt. Al is onsite in insure all your vacation needs are met, and that you have a great time in Clearwater Beach.  Onsite housekeeper will assist you, but not daily maid service.

Beach 200 steps away. Childrens playground with rock climbing wall and swings across street on block over. Bocci courts and public playground with BBQ and nice park next to childrens park. Pier 60 5 blocks walk with more playground, Beach Walk, resturants, and free entertainment with street performers at dawn, most nights.

Marina with fishing boats, party boats, speed boats, sight seeing boats, jets ski rentals 6 blocks walk.

Pet friendly beach and resturants, just one block north of Clearwater Cottages.

Capt. Al offers friendly guests free boat rides to little islands off the coast of Clearwater, Dunedin and Tarpon Springs.  Weather,  water chop and attitudes rule the day.

Jolley Tolley stops one block over  and for less $2.00 you can ride an open trolley around clearwater. No car is necessary here.  Also many resturants and bars have free pick up and drop off on licensed golf carts that run all day. Rickshaws ( bicycle transport) also is free at the beach.

The best Tiki Bars and resturants are very close to Clearwater Cottages.  Palm Pavillion just 2 blocks walk on beach. Frenchy's Rockaway Grill on the Gulf is just 3 blocks walk. Angelos Pizza and famous Shipwreck Bar just across the street ( sometime noisy on weekends ) if staying at the Tommy Bahama House 

One bedroom beach house sleeps up to  4 guests  $895 week    $139 per night

Two bedroom beach house sleeps up to 5 guests   $1095 week   $159 per night

Three bedroom beach house, sleeps up to 8          $1395 week   $195  per night

Gulf View Beach house , sleeps 5-7 guests             $1395 week   $229 per night

Fall rates are $100 per week less

Spring break and holidays add $200-300 per week,

Rates may go up anytime especially holidays, but

not after you have made a reservation  We do not update the calender.please inquire for dates of availability

Call for daily rates as we can book for as little as one night. We are also booking agents for many properties on clearwater beach and are sure to the right property for you.

Management reserves the right to change rates at anytime, depending upon weather, attitudes and other factors, but not once you have made a reservation.

Refund Policy:  You will recieve 100% refund , less $25 administrative fee if you need to cancel 30 days  prior to arrival.  We cannot offer any refund for holidays, March, or special event weeks.  Once you check in you are responsible for your entire rental contract which will be emailed to you. $250 deposit over phone guarentees your dates. We cannot offer refunds, if it rains, jelly fish, huricane, water too cold to swim (rarely) water too hot to swim, kids are fighting, they really wanted to go to Disneyworld, cottage not really your style, found a cheaper rental across the street, bored ( not likely). 

If a real emergency, we may offer credit for a future stay.

There is a housekeeper on site and once you check in if you need additional cleaning or some sand blew in, which it will, just call. Call if you need additional towels or blankets for the sofabed.  We are here to try and meet your needs to have a great beach vacation.

Optional Spa Fee: Weekly guests $95 , less than one week $49 for ALL your guest ,3 hours of daily use when open, Reserve at time of booking as we only allow 3 groups per week. Daily use for your entire group, just $25 if available.  Children and intoxicated person not allowed. Some restriction, closed at night.
