unit on the second floor where the only foot traffic in front of your
door will be your own! This is an elevator equipped bulding built in
1999 surrounded by lots of open space. Ocean Village Club is a
complex of 18 buildings nestled between the edge of the Atlantic
Ocean and Highway A1A. Our building is across from the Community
Center and heated pool. There is a computer and printer at the
community center for your use- also a small library and small
exercise room. Wireless internet available at the community center
for your laptop.

This gated complex is one of the nicest on St. Augustine Beach!

Special golf privileges available at the Prestigious Marsh Creek
Country Club located just one mile from our condo. This is a Private
Country Club open to members and guests only. Renter must pay greens
and cart fees.

You will enjoy our 1120 square foot condo which includes 2 Bedrooms
and 2 Bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed (new
mattress set 2006), 26" LCD TV with a DVD player (2008), triple
dresser and it's own private bath with walk in shower. Brand new
carpet in Master and Guest bedrooms in 2007. The guest bedroom has
twin beds, a 26" LCD TV (2008) & VCR/DVD player. The second bathroom
has a tub with shower.

The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, 2 recliners and a 37"
LCD TV (2008)and VCR/DVD player. The dining room has an oversized
table which seats 6 people and a computer desk & printer stand as
well as a surge protector for your computer. New tile floors in
the Living and Dining rooms in 2007. All new window blinds - 2008.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all small appliances such as
coffee maker, toaster, blender, can opener, electric skillet, crock
pot and full size mixer. Full size over-the-stove microwave. Brand
new side-by-side refrigerator with ice/water in the door - 2009.
Brand new dishwasher - 2008. Lots of dinnerware,silverware,
cookware,bakeware, glassware, towels and all other kitchen items you
will needare furnished. Brand new front load super capacity
washer/dryer - 2008. New tile floors in kitchen - 2007.

Upgraded furnishings provide all the comforts for your home away from
home! And, of course, all the standard items such as cable TV,
ceiling fans with lights, air conditioning, lots of linens and free

We are steps from the pool and just a short 5 minute walk to the

the beach or pool you will enjoy the sights of historic St.

This is a NonSmoking, No Pets unit. All occupants must be 25 years
or older unless children accompanied by parents. The maximum
occupancy is 6 people including children of all ages. No Exceptions!

No boats, trailers, jet skis or recreational vehicles are allowed to
be parked on property. Since we live in TN all of our rentals will
be handled with a local rental agent.

All rates are plus 9% state sales tax, $75 cleaning fee and a  $25 reservation fee.
A security deposit of $250 is required to secure a reservation.   For rentals of one month or more a $500 security deposit is required.

Credit Cards, Cash, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Travelers Checks are
accepted for payment of rental.  Full payment of balance is due 14 days in advance of arrival for weekly rentals and 30 days in advance of arrival for monthly rentals.

Cancellation Policies:  For Monthly rentals January - March:  Cancellations made before September 30th, reservation fee only.  Cancellations made between Oct 1st & Nov 30th - 1/2 month's rent (including taxes) plus reservation fee.  Cancellations made after Dec 1st - 1 month's rent (including taxes) plus reservation fee.  For Monthly rentals - April - December:  Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival - deposit plus reservation fee.  Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival - 1/2 month's rent (including taxes) plus reservation fee.  For Weekly rentals:  Cancellations made prior to 90 days or arrival - reservation fee only.  Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival and prior to 14 days of arrival - deposit (including taxes) plus reservation fee.  Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival - 1 night rental (including taxes) plus deposit, plus reservation fee.  Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date and no-shows will be charged the full rental rate (including taxes) plus the reservation fee.
