Treat yourself to a vacation in our condo which is a sunny corner unit on the second floor where the only foot traffic in front of your door will be your own! This is an elevator equipped building built in 1999 surrounded by lots of open space. Ocean Village Club is a complex of 18 buildings nestled between the edge of the Atlantic Ocean and Highway A1A. Our building is across from the Community Center and heated pool. There is a computer and printer at the community center for your use- also a small library and small exercise room. There is Internet access inside the unit and also at the community center for your convenience!

This gated complex is one of the nicest on St. Augustine Beach!

You will enjoy our 1120 square foot condo which includes 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 26" LCD TV,  triple dresser and it's own private bath with walk in shower.  The guest bedroom has twin beds (new mattress set 2010), a 26" LCD TV & VCR/DVD player. The second bathroom has a tub with shower.

The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, 2 recliners and a 37" LCD TV and VCR/DVD player. The dining room seats 6 people (new 2010) and has a small computer desk (new 2010) with surge protector.

New tile floors in the Living and Dining rooms, Entry, Kitchen, and 2nd bathroom.  All new window blinds - 2008.

The fully equipped & updated kitchen includes all small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, blender, can opener, electric skillet, crock pot and full size mixer. Full size over-the-stove microwave. Brand new side-by-side refrigerator with ice/water in the door - 2009. Brand new dishwasher - 2008. New counter tops, tile back splash and cabinet doors - 2011.  Lots of dinnerware, silverware, cookware, bakeware, glassware, towels and all other kitchen items you will need are furnished. Nice front load large capacity washer/dryer.

Upgraded furnishings provide all the comforts for your home away from home! And, of course, all the standard items such as cable TV, ceiling fans with lights, air conditioning, lots of linens and free local phone calls.

We are steps from the pool and just a short 5 minute walk through the complex to the ocean which is one of the best kept secrets in Florida! There is also a beach parking lot within the complex that puts you right up to the sidewalk that leads to the private boardwalk, convenient for those who have lots to carry. Walk or drive for miles and miles on the beautiful sandy beach. While not at the beach or pool you will enjoy the sights of historic St. Augustine, the oldest city in the nation which is only 10 minutes away. Come, relax and enjoy yourself at our condo in Ocean Village Club which is a gated community on the beautiful beaches of St. Augustine.

This is a NonSmoking unit. Small dogs up to 20lbs are allowed with permission and additional fee. All occupants must be 25 years or older unless children accompanied by parents. The maximum occupancy is 6 people including children of all ages.
No boats, trailers, jet skis or recreational vehicles are allowed to be parked on property.

All rates are plus 10% FL taxes, 
$75 cleaning fee for stays up to 2 weeks. Stays longer than 2 weeks requires a $120 cleaning fee. 

$30 reservation fee and up to $50 for stays over 2 weeks.

$75 Pet fee.

$250 security deposit is required for rentals of 2 weeks or less.
$500 security deposit is required for rentals of 2 weeks or longer.

Full payment of rental is due 14 days in advance of arrival for rentals of 2 weeks or less.
Full payment of rental is due 30 days in advance of arrival for rentals of 2 weeks or longer.

Credit Cards, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders or Personal Checks are accepted for payment of rental. Personal or Cashier's Checks or Money Order only for payment of deposit.

For rentals of 2 weeks or less, written cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date to receive refund of deposit.  Reservation fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 30 and 14 days prior to arrival forfeit deposit & reservation fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days and no-shows will be charged up to full rental rate, taxes & reservation fee if the condo can't be re-rented (minus the deposit & cleaning fee).

Cancellation Policies: For rentals of 2 weeks or longer, written cancellation must be received 60 days prior to arrival date to receive refund of deposit. Reservation fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 60 and 14 days prior of arrival forfeit deposit & reservation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival and no-shows will be charged up to full rental rate, taxes & reservation fee if the condo can't be re-rented (minus deposit & cleaning fee).
