Vacation Rental Description

This charming mountain getaway, Windemere 323-2, is located within Yonahlossee Resort, a private 
gated community located just minutes from Blowing Rock in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains.  
Yonahlossee, situated on over 300 acres is bordered by Moses Cone Memorial Park on three sides.  
Over the years, Yonhalossee has become known for its natural undisturbed setting, its beautiful 
homes, and its award winning amenities.  Guests of the Resort enjoy six outdoor clay tennis courts, 
three indoor tennis courts, a 25-yard indoor swimming pool, two fitness centers, and fine
dining at the four-star Gamekeeper Restaurant.



Situated on a winding path that connects the tennis courts and the former weaving cabin left over 
from Camp Yonahlossee, is this freshly decorated three bedroom, three bath duplex townhome. For 
those who want to be comfortable and close to all of the amenities but still enjoy a peaceful and 
private setting--this may be the home for you. A level entry and parking area, plus the location of 
two bedrooms and two full baths on the main floor, make this home accessible and enjoyable to most 
individuals. 

An open Great Room features cathedral ceilings, a stone fireplace, and a spacious dining area with 
bay window. A wall of glass with sliding doors lead to a covered deck with skylight. The adjacent, 
fully equipped Kitchen with pass-through window makes sure that no one is left out of the fun. 

Te Master Bedroom with queen bed is located on the main floor and features a full en suite bath, 
spacious closet, generous windows, and sliding glass doors that access the covered deck. 

Two twin beds decorate the main floor Guest Bedroom, and a full bath is located just across the 
hallway. The upper level Guest bedroom, also with two twin beds, has an adjoining full bath with

Guests of Windemere 323-2 are welcome to enjoy all of the amenities of Yonahlossee Resort and Club 
including a 25-yard indoor swimming pool, two fitness centers, sauna, three indoor Deco-Turf tennis 
courts, six outdoor clay tennis courts, two full-time tennis pros, and a fully equipped Pro Shop.  
Use of the pool, fitness centers, and sauna are complimentary.  Minimal fees are charged for use of 
the tennis courts and for tennis instruction.  Gourmet diners will delight in the fare offered by 
the onsite and four-star Gamekeeper Restaurant.

Activities and Attractions

Windemere 323-2 is located just minutes from the Village of Blowing Rock
home to wonderful boutiques, parks, 
fabulous restaurants, and numerous cultural activities including the
Robert Hayes Center for the Performing Arts and the Blowing Rock Stage
Company.  The Blue Ride Parkway with its miles of hiking trails,
fishing lakes, picnic areass, and scenic vistas is just 2.5 miles
away.  Nearby local attractions include Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather
Mountain, the Blowing Rock, Linville Falls, Linville Caverns,
Appalachian State University, public and private golf courses, and
four ski resorts.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates for Windemere 323-2 are seasonal and do include a departure cleaning.  This fully equipped 
Windemere  Townhome is available for nightly, weekly, or monthly rentals.  Well-behaved pets are 
welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay.  Nightly rates range from $277-$477.  Rates 
are reduced for stays of three or more days.  Weekly rates are equal to six times the average daily 
rate.  Monthly rates are determined by the season and on an individual basis.
