Big ceiling fans in living room, both bedrooms, kitchen, and lanai. Beautiful classic leather couch and love seat with a corner armoire. Private, quiet, and first floor corner unit for out of the way foot traffic. Cold A/C and heating unit. May 1st through Sept 30th $750.00 per month.
2013 Special for October 1st through December 31st is $750.00 per month. Rent it now for one, two, or all three months.
No cleaning or surprise fees. We pay the taxes. Refundable Security Deposit of $300 - $500 will reserve the unit. Pay rent upon arrival at condo.
Property manager is available 24/7 and on-site condo management available if needed.
