You are also conveniently close to restaurants, shops, nightlife, boating, golf etc.
Walk through the outer gate into the front patio area and you are entering a private hide-away: an “oasis” in the city. The fully tiled patio home a custom built tiki-bar, a heated Jacuzzi, gas grill, patio furniture and is enclosed by professionally landscaped palm trees and tropical plants. Enjoy Florida’s sunny days by relaxing in the comfortable sun chairs, and entertain with a BBQ and tropical drinks at night.
The house offers a split floor plan for all four bedrooms and therefore creates the ultimate privacy. It has been beautifully renovated throughout – nothing has been forgotten! and highlights ceramic tile floors, vaulted wood-ceilings, stainless-steel appliances, and glass door showers among other things. The furniture has carefully been selected and coordinated with the right colors and decorations and makes the home truly inviting for relaxation.
