This New Orleans-style home is the perfect place to bring the whole family for relaxation and quality time. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living areas that can be closed off for privacy, you can choose to stay close to one another or to enjoy some peace and solitude. The front porch is the perfect place to sip sweet tea while the kids ride their bikes or skateboards in the cul-de-sac. Living area 1 has a queen sleeper sofa and a huge dining table which can easily accommodate family game night with one of the many board games or puzzles stocked in our cupboards. Living area 2 has a twin sleeper sofa and the ability to be closed off from the rest of the home so that the 51” flat screen TV and the wet bar can be used without interrupting any tuckered toddlers.
A screened in porch at the back of the home allows guests to dine in the Gulf breeze without fear of any pesky bugs. Located just outside the door of the back porch are the community tennis courts and one of the two community pools. As our little one used to say, “we have a tennis court in our backyard!” A seven minute walk will find you at the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and a 10 minute bike ride gets you to the quaint town of Seaside.
