1 bedroom with sofa bed in living room.1 bath condo.  Large walk-in 
closet.  Separate dressing room.  Dining area. Will accomodate 4. 
Lovely decor.  
 Note this is a private residence/complex and not a party 
place,please respect all rules and the other tenants thank-you.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Complete with: Television, dvd, vcr. microwave, washer and dryer in 
unit, phone. Fully equipped kitchen.  All linens, dishes and 
silverware are provided.  Patio.  No pets and no smoking inside 
unit. maximum 4 adults only...........

Activities and Attractions

The complex is backed up to Rotary Park.  Short walk to the lake.  
Fishing, boating, picnics, personal water craft.  You can walk to 
the movie theater, London Bridge and several restaurants. 
Shopping,Parasailing and boat rentals. 

Vacation Rental Rates

 
 regular $75.00 per day-2 night minimum..holiday rental 3 night minimum@$100.00 per night.
 plus $150.00 
security deposit and  
($50.00 cleaning). 
 $500.00 per week-plus $150.00 security deposit and ($50.00 
cleaning) 
 $1100.00 per month plus $150.00 security deposit and($50.00 
cleaning.   Send money order, if by check it must be 
sent 3 weeks in advance of use date as check must clear bank.The 
security deposit will be returned within 15 days if no damage has 
occurred or if the carpet has to be cleaned or if anything is broken 
or missing,a full inventory will be given prior to occupancy.We 
expect the unit to be in the same condition as when you took 
possession.
