This relaxing water front home sits in a quiet neighborhood on Lake Livingston and is ideal for your next get away.  The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and will comfortably sleep 8 people.  Master bedroom has a queen sized bed with large windows that overlook the lake.   Second bedroom has a full sized bed and a day bed with a trundle and the third bedroom has a queen sized bed.   

This home is comfortable and accommodating and offers a cozy living area with windows that overlook the lake.   You can also enjoy the Lake from the Covered Breezeway and spend the day boating, skiing and swimming right off the private boat dock,  which will accommodate your boat or jet ski. 

This home is perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway or a long family vacation.

May - Sept - Fri-Sat. = $300.00/night;  Sun-Thurs = $250.00; $1,300/week (6 nights)

Oct - April - Fri-Sat. = $200.00/night;  Sun-Thurs = $175.00; $975/week (6 nights)

2-night minimum stay on weekends.

Holidays - 3-night minimun stay @ $325.00/night

$250.00 Refundable deposit + $80.00 cleaning fee due prior to occupancy

Rates for Spring Break are the same as May - Sept. rates.
