Cozy 3 bdrm 2 bath cape cod style home located on Mitchell Point on the public side of Lake Anna. Home has been just upgraded with all new appliances, fresh paint, new floors on the lower level and new screened in deck on the back of the house. A boat ramp and is located less than 1/10 of a mile from the home in the community common area for your use as well as a pier to anchor your boat or pwc. Perfect place to launch your boat, swimming, fishing or just enjoying the fantastic view of the lake. The home is situated on a level lot with plenty of yard space for lawn games and a fire pit for evening campfires. This is a great place to vacation and enjoy all Lake Anna has to offer at a vey economical price! Grocery store, ABC store and resurants only about 2 miles from the home. Pet friendly!
