Our True One Bedroom Condo is in Heart of Myrtle Beach. From downtown, you can walk streetside to all the trendy oceanfront restaurauts and shops or walk beach side. The downtown area is the heartbeat of Myrtle Beach. People watch, oceanfront, attractions, restaurants, everything you could want is just downtown!

When you enter our 4th floor condo, you will be in a tiled hallway.
The bedroom leads off the hallway to the right and has a brand new
pillow top king bed and new blankets, pillows and linens.
The bath is stocked with lots of new towels and terry. The full
kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and
disposal, lots of cabinets, lots of dishes, glasses and
cookware, and kitchen gadgets too! We have all the convenience of
home with a toaster, blender and electric canopener.

The living room is oceanfront with a queen size sleeper sofa, and 2
rocker recliner gliders! The dining table converts
into a pull down murphy bed too so there is plenty of room for a
couple or small family with children or young adults! We also have
a washer and dryer in the condo too and Phone/Internet!

BAYVIEW TWO BEDROOM - ONLY NEW HIRISE ON THE NEW MYRTLE BEACH BOARDWALK!  (PHOTOS 7-12 ARE OF THE 2 BEDROOM BAYVIEW)

Unbelievable VIEW!!!  /THE Oceanfront Master Bedroom has a king bed, private bath with a walkin shower.  The second bedroom has two beds and separate bath.  The full kitchen has granite countertops, full stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and a full size washer and dryer. New Living Room Furniture and Flat Screen TV!

*****STUDENTS - We do not rent to student groups unless a parent chaperone is accompanying the students on the trip.
