Vacation Rental Description

Only 2 doors down from K's Kozy Kottage!  This rustic three bedroom 
cabin, located on the shore of Lake Blackshear, sleeps seven.  It 
has 2 bedrooms with double beds, and the "kid's room" sleeps 3.  
(Bunk beds plus 1 single bed.)  There is a full kitchen, one 
bathroom, and a living room with lovely lake views.  This property 
has its own boat ramp and open air boathouse.  Stay all day on the 
wonderful 2-story dock: downstairs there is plenty of shade with 
chairs, hammock, and a perpetual breeze, or go upstairs for a bird's 
eye view of the cove.  Have a drink under the umbrella and watch the 
sun set!  The property also includes a covered grill area close to 
the house and a storage building with washer and dryer.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Air conditioning, cable tv, vcr/dvd, full kitchen with dishwasher 
and microwave, washer/dryer, charcoal grill, bed linens only 
provided. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN TOWELS.

Activities and Attractions

Fishing, swimming, boating, waterskiing, and jet skiing.
Hunting at local plantations.
Golf at 3 locations including Georgia Veterans State Park.
Albany, GA is 30 minutes away with shopping, Flint Riveraquarium, 
Chehaw Wild Animal Park, Convention Center, dining & theatres.
Andersonvill National Historic Site And Jimmy Carter Museum in 
Plains, GA a short distance away.

$125 / night - 2 night minimum 
$750 / week
                                  
$150 rental deposit converts to refundable damage deposit
