This large, designer apartment is located in the Passages which is one of the most exclusive condos on Jupiter Island. The building is 'white glove' and offers personal service with only forty apartments. The property straddles the beach and intercoastal with balconies on both sides. The building has a newly renovated gym and pool area. The beach is accessible right from the pool. The furnishings are of the highest quality and the home is filled with beautiful art work. Although it is an apartment it has the feel of a beach house. It is on the fourth floor so the sounds of the ocean can be heard throughout most of the home. There are three bedrooms but one has been turned into a family room with a flat screen TV. It has a pull out sofa that can sleep two people comfortably. There are three full baths and one half bath. There is a dining room, eat-in kitchen, large living room with TV and stereo system throughout. Rented once...our guests' initial impression is 'wow'!

The apartment has been designed to accommodate the privacy of multiple individuals. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. With seating areas on the ocean and intercoastal balconies, the family room or living room, there are multiple options for privacy and co-mingling. The intercoastal patio was designed to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Down- filled sofas and lounge chairs have made viewing the sunsets a ritual !

The Passages:
This exclusive condo requires a minimal rental of three months. The building has a beautiful, newly furnished lobby and card room. There is parking in the enclosed garage under the building.

The 'Island':
The Island is magical. Beautiful birds and wildlife. Dolphins and manatees have been spotted from both balconies. Enjoy great walks on the beach and wonderful bike rides. Very lush tropical setting makes this one of the most relaxing places on the planet.

There is a 24 hour doorman. The Barbeque is shared by the building. If one calls down to the doorman he will turn it on and ready it for use. There is a beautiful lobby and large, beautifully decorated, communal card room. The pool area contains two decks and a hot tub with whirlpool. There is a gym with weights and a wide assortment of new cardio equipment.
