The Swift Chalet in Strawberry

Custom 2 1/2 bedroom, 2 bath Mountain Chalet with spectacular panoramic views of Strawberry Valley and the Mogollon Rim.  Also available is one large suite above the garage for extra guests.

It’s just 20 miles north of Payson, Arizona on SR 87, a beautiful and relaxing 1-1/2 hours drive from Shea Boulevard in Fountain Hills. Four fabulous seasons, and an exquisite residence in which to enjoy them.

The Swift Chalet offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for 4 to 6 in the main house and 6 in guest house for an additional charge.  The main house has two full bedrooms and a game room that has a single bed.  The game room, or loft sets its own bar atmosphere and is complete with pool table and satellite with NFL Sunday Ticket that is piped through out the Chalet on three flat screen TV’s.  Also a Blue Ray disc player, Tivo, movie channels and laser disk will show throughout the house and guest house.  There is free WiFi and plenty of outdoor entertainment also.

There is one large covered deck to invite outdoor entertaining, with a gas grill and
dining area.  The nicely maintained grass lawn has a stand-alone firepit, horseshoe pitching area and incredible views. And for those rare days when the weather turns dramatic, there's a wall of
glass in the greatroom to showcase the action.

The chalet’s 2 bedrooms have a queen and a king bed.  The A/C keeps every room comfortable, and the gas fireplace makes it nice in the winter. The fully equipped chef's kitchen features all appliances, plus coffee maker and dishwasher, and another satellite flat screen TV.  Off from the kitchen there are separate laundry facilities.

For larger groups, the Chalet  has accommodations for another 6 people in the suite above the garage. This is like a bunk house with It is a large open room with a big screen TV and piped in NFL package. It has A/C and heat but without plumbing.  There is no bathroom.  Guests staying here will need to use the main house for the bathroom.

This vacation home has it all.  You will
certainly be able to entertain and enjoy.
If relaxation is in your plans just imagine watching the tall pines sway
in the wind as you view the mountains and vistas of the Mogollon Rim.  If wildlife is what catch’s your eye… keep your eyes on the grass lawn and keep your camera ready.

The Rates are based on main house 2 BR - 2 BA with twin bed in the game room.  Occupancy 6 people maximum. 

The additional suite above the seperate Garage is like a bunk house.  It is one large living room with 6 beds and a large screen TV set up as a sports and party room.  There is no plumbing or bathroom.  Guests staying here must use the bathroom in the main house. 

The additional charge for using this room would be $50 per night.
