Moosehead Lodge in Breckenridge

Welcome to The Moosehead Lodge. A Colorado themed stand alone home with some of the best views Breckenridge has to offer. Located in the sought after Highlands neighborhood of Breckenridge you are only 1.5 miles to town and the ski slopes.

The property comes with everything your group will need to relax and rest after enjoying all of the great activities Breckenridge has to offer. The log post and beam construction gives you a great lodge feel, just the way you want to spend your vacation in Colorado.

The property has two levels and has easy access even for those not wanting to have a bunch of stairs. On the main entry level there is an open plan living, dining, and kitchen. There is a full bath off of the kitchen for your convenience. Beyond that is the main master suite with a king bed, fireplace, balcony, steam shower, and tv with cable.

Downstairs you find 3 additional bedrooms along with a recreation room. The recreation room comes complete with a foosball table, wet bar, xbox 360 Kinect, Nintendo Wii, dart board, and tv with cable. A great place to relax and unwind after a day on the slope. The private outdoor hot tub can be accessed from the recreation room.

Some additional amenities include free WIFI internet access, a two car garage, and an outdoor barbeque grill.

Main Floor:
Master Suite #1 - king bed, fireplace, private balcony, steam shower, tv with cable (2)
Additional bedding - 2 queen air mattresses, 1 travel cot, can use full bath off kitchen (5)

Downstairs:
Master bedroom #2 - king bed, tv with cable, bath/shower combo (2)
Bedroom #3 - queen bed, tv with cable, shared bath in hall (2)
Bedroom #4 - bunk bed with double on top, double on bottom, and twin pull out trundle bed, tv with cable, shared bath in hall (5)

This property can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults, or 16 total with children.
The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
This property can accommodate a maximum of 4 vehicles.
4x4 is highly recommended during any date that snow may occur.
Property is located 1.5 miles from Breckenridge downtown and the slopes
Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $275 + tax that will be applied to your rental.
The refundable damage deposit is $750.00 and will be collected in advance.

The damage deposit is $750 and is fully refundable.
