"AWESOME" 5* CalabayGem is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom single storey home with private pool in an enviable south facing position. CalabayGem overlooks trees - the south facing swimming pool taking advantage of the sun throughout the day on the premiere community of the ORIGINAL Calabay Parc.

The House is equipped to a high standard, with upgraded furnitute package, and is an extremely spacious 1839 sqft, affording maximum privacy for 6 people. It is quite unique having 3 bathrooms including two master suites!!

Calabay Parc is situated in a quiet yet central location,  just off the US27, 2.5 miles from the I4 and 4 miles from the US192. There is a championship golf course within 2 minutes drive and a large selection of major restaurants and stores including Walmart and Publix within 5 minutes. The main gate to Walt Disney World is only 8 miles and Orlando International airport is approx 40 minutes drive. For those beach lovers, it's approximately 60 minutes to the beaches at either coast!.

SORRY - We cannot accomodate pets, and smoking is not allowed INSIDE the villa.
