Villa Utopia in Clermont

Our Villa (UTOPIA) backs onto conservation land so if you are looking
for peace & tranquility after
a long day at the theme parks then this is the place for you to relax
by the pool.
The villa is situated on the sought after community of Orange Tree
which is approx 15 mins drive
from from the Disney theme parks.
The Villa which is furnished to a high standard has
1 Master Bedroom with King size bed with en suite bathroom
1 Double Bedroom with Queen size bed & en suite bathroom
2 Twin bedrooms with shared adjoining bathroom.
The children will be delighted with our Disney bedroom which features
all their favourite characters.
Our specially equipped Games room with Pool table,Air hockey,
football & electronic darts is sure to
keep the children (& Dads!!) amused while Mum relaxes by the pool.
The pool has Solar Heating but during the Winter months can be heated
at an extra cost.
Outside has a very spacious pool deck and a covered lanai with table
& chairs & sun loungers.

Well equipped kitchen & laundry room with washing machine, dryer ,
ironing board & iron.
For your entertainment the lounge has a large TV with DVD player &
video recorder & Hi-Fi system.
There is also a CD player/radio in the kitchen.
The 2 double bedrooms also have TVs.
Free wireless Internet is also included.
A travel cot & cover are included at no extra cost.
2 Hairdryers.
All towels (including pool towels) & bed linen are included.
For your children's safety all doors leading to the pool area are
alarmed as are the children's
bedroom doors.
Smoking is not allowed in the house but an ashtray is provided if you
wish to smoke outside.
You will be spoilt for choice with supermarkets Winn Dixie,Publix & a
brand new Walmart are only 2-3
mins drive away.
You will find a guest book in the house which is very informative.
Information includes theme parks.
restaurants, shows & shopping malls.

Orange Tree has 2 children's playgrounds, Tennis courts, Basketball &
a football pitch. All of these
can be used by guests free of charge.
Disney's theme parks are approx 15 mins drive away.
There are a number of Crazy golf courses within a 5-10 mins drive.
If you like walking there are some nice walks through conservation
in the Orange Tree community.
For golf enthusiasts there are numerous courses within easy
reach.King's Ridge & Highlands reserve courses are on US 27 within 5
mins drive .
