Studio Condo 3 Minutes Walk From Perkins Cove in Ogunquit

This quaint studio condo is conveniently located... just cross the street, and take a three minute walk down a dead end street to magical Perkins Cove. Park your car for the week and walk to restaurants, shops, galleries, and fishing boats. Walk to the ocean and the famous Marginal Way... a one-mile scenic ocean walk with sandy beaches, cliffs, and benches to relax and enjoy the magnificant view.

Take the trolley to the village or Ogunquit Beach. Have breakfast or lunch on a tour boat disembarkng from Perkin Cove. The condo is located in a private area away from traffic.

Note: Queen size bed and sectional can be arranged for additional sleeping to accommodate four people.

Directions from North:
I-95 South. Take Exit 19 (Wells/Sanford). Turn left at light onto Sanford Rd (ME-109). Turn right
onto Chapel Rd. Turn right onto Post Road (Route 1 South). Continue Route 1 South for approximately 5 miles. When you enter Ogunquit Center, turn left onto Shore Road. Follow Shore Road until you see a large parking lot on your right. Bear right after the parking lot (still Shore Road). About ¼ mile on right is the Hillcrest Inn Resort at 512 Shore Road. Turn right on Pine Hill South and travel approximately 100 yards. Turn right into Northern Lites Condo Association parking area. Condo is a second floor end unit on the far left (Unit 303).

Directions from South:
I-95 North. Take Exit 7 (York/Ogunquit). Take left onto Blue Star Memorial Highway (Route 1 North). Continue Route 1 North for approximately 4.5 miles. Turn right onto Pine Hill Road. Follow Pine Hill Road for about 2.1 miles. Turn right onto Pine Hill South. Travel .2 mile and turn left into Northern Lites Condo Association parking area. Condo is a second floor end unit on the far left (Unit 306).
