Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, electrically heated pool home with large screened in lanai. Nicely furnished and very clean. Master bedroom with ensuite, HD TV, walk-in closet and linen closet. Ensuite bathroom has a door which opens to the pool. King size bed. Florida split plan. Living room has sliding glass doors opening to the lanai with 60" HD TV. Dining room has door opening to the lanai. Second bedroom has queen sized bed with sliding glass doors opening to the lanai with HD TV. Third bedroom has a family bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and twin on top. Dining room with seating for 6. Galley kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. Over-sized double car garage with washer and dryer and tons of storage.
