      You will find a brand new 32" flat screen TV with cable. Private Wi-Fi in unit and also in other parts of property will keep you connected to the world in case you want it. Beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs are also there. Just bring your personal belongings to store in the many closets available.

Monthly rental

• January thru April: $1.800.00/month, plus tax (12%)
• May thru December: $1,350.00/month, plus tax (12%)
• Yearly rentals available $1,200 a month, plus tax (12%)
