As you arrive , you will pass thru a gated security gate. Tropical landscaping , manicured to 
perfection, awaits your visit.  

As you approach your elevator to your 'penthouse", luggage racks, and grocery carts, are there for 
our guest.   

This "penthouse", has a deeded boat slip, some units do not have boat slips.

Kitchen:  Fully equipped , many extra's,   Indirect lighting 
for your evenings:  Very upscale:  Spotless, and all very new.
All dishes, utensils, beautiful full appliances; flatware; micro; blender; toaster; etc; 

First Master :  Extra Large Cal King Bed: with plush surroundings, 
TV, plush satin comforters;
stero, several extra sets, of sheets, comforters, beautifully 
decorated; your sunsets right here!!! 

Second Master:  Two (2) Queen Beds, Pillow Top Beds, absolute 
comfort;  (All New) Beautifully decorated, and lot's of room;Games, books, etc;
 
Private Dining Room for your special dining,  Decorated beautifully;

Two lovely Bathrooms, with starter kits for each of our guest,

Have a bar-b-que; either at your lanai, or your tiki hut.  We have added an electric grill for our 
guest. 

ALL unobstructed views, for this "penthouse ". Great for entertaining also.

Sunsets may be seen, from your kitchen, livingroom, master bedroom, and private lanai.

We have added an electric grill on your private lanai, for your 
convienence, if your preference, would be to bar-b-que on your lanai! Or chose to bar-b-que at your 
tiki area.
