With two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa, the Mod Masterpiece sleeps up to six, four comfortably. The main floor has a queen bedroom and full bath. Upstairs, there is a king bed in the loft bedroom, and a full bath. Of course modern furnishings and artwork surround you in all the rooms!

In the complex you can enjoy the tennis courts and the outdoor pool seasonally, and the hot tubs year-round. The clubhouse also has a pool table and arcade.

Lake Tahoe's Patton Beach is one block away, with a cafe, paddleboarding, and sunbathing. The world-famous Garwoods restaurant, a convenience store, a pizza restaurant, and miniature golf are right there on the beach.

Kings Beach is just three miles up the road, and Tahoe City is six miles down the other way. Alpine, Squaw, and Northstar Ski Resorts are all within 12 miles! Crystal Bay, Nevada's historic casinos and nightlife are just four miles away, and Incline Village, Nevada's casinos, world-class restaurants, and recreation center are eight miles from the condo.
