Fantastic Family Fun Condo Has two bedromm, two baths, sleeps 6 comfortably. Located on the fifth floor of a five story condo directly on the quiet beachs of the Surf Drive area just on block south of Thomas Drive.   Gulf Gate has a total of only 56 condo units and they share 330 feat of the most beautiful white sand gulf front beaches in the world. No need to hunt for a spot to chill out and soak up the rays at the edge of our emerald green waters. Or if you prefer, you can sit on your private balcony and take in the panaoramic 180 degree view of the gulf while sipping on your favorite beverage.  The pool is mostly covered so the kids can swim all day without getting cooked to a crisp.  But at the same time they will still be in shout range of Mom & Day enjoying the sun in the deep end or on the spacious sundeck on a comfy lounge chair.  On top of that, there are tables and chairs set up out of the sun for lunch breaks by the pool or cookouts on the park style barbeque grills.

Free parking is provided on a first come first serve basis. Parking passes are required since the number of spaces is limited.We can only give out 2 passes per 1 or 2 bedroom condo and 3 per 3 bedroom condo.

We stictly adhere to our age policy. We only rent to guests 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent, guardian or spouse.  We do not rent our properties to groups of underaged guests for Spring Break or Senior Trip even if 'chaperoned'. Please do not ask us to make exceptions.
