This is a comfortable two bedroom one and a half bath townhome conveniently located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, a secure, gated community with features including 11 pools, 5 lighted tennis courts, free 18 Hole Minature golf course, shuffleboard courts and plushly landscaped common areas with plenty of room for a safe and enjoyable stroll. GulfHighlands has Private Beach access with a Gulf Front pool and Clubhouse that features all the ammenities you need tospend a relaxing and comfortable day on the beach or on the pool deck.
We stictly adhere to our age policy. We only rent to guests 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent, guardian or spouse. We do not rent our properties to groups of underaged guests for Spring Break or Senior Trip even if 'chaperoned'. Please do not ask us to make exceptions.
