This lovely newly renovated 3rd floor fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath condo (sleeps 6) is
located on the top floor overlooking a private beach at Clearwater Point. Lay on
the sugar white sand or relax by one of the three sparkling pools. Watch the
boats and dolphins from one of the two balconies.  All towels, linens, and
kitchen items are provided.  The living room and master bedroom both have flat
screen TVs with provided cable.  Washer and dryer are just down the hall. 
Fishing, boating, diving, jet-ski rental, shopping, dining, and nightlife are
all within walking distance.   Tampa’s Busch Gardens & Adventure Island are
30 minutes away.  Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and the new
Legoland are just 90 minutes!

Mid-Season May - June: $2,200 month

High Season November - April: $2,400 month

Required $40 application fee.  Electricity cap of $100 per month.

$500 deposit is due at time of booking
One time cleaning fee of $100. $400 is
refunded within 10 days of departure after
inspection.

Money order, Check, or Cash accepted.

Credit cards accepted for an additional 2.5%.

Payment in full is required 10 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations - Forfeit deposit within 90 days of arrival if not rented.
