This condo is perfectly located between the beach and the Intracoastal Waterway with its amazing sunset views. A short walk across the road will bring you to Crescent Beach with its family friendly atmosphere. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. There are also two inflatable mattresses for kids. The kitchen is fully equiped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The kitchen was recently renovated with additional granite counter tops. The kitchen, living room and dining room have an open plan, with its 2 comfortable couches, LED HDTV and DVD player. There is also a utility room with a washer and dryer. Linen and towels are provided. The unit also features a balcony to enjoy the beautiful sunset views. The unit is located on the second floor of the condo complex.
