Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and sink with granite countertop.  800 thread count sheets and finest linens.  All appliances are new and all furniture new and is matching with bamboo finish with stone tops. 2 closets and 2 full size 6 drawer bamboo dressers for storage. Extra storage in drawers in Bamboo California King size bed as well.

Two 50 inch flat screen TVs with DVR recording with 1 in bedroom and 1 in living room with doors to bedroom, bathroom and living room.  Watch NFL games or record while you explore Hawaii to watch later.  All NBA games included with Dish Network League Pass.  Over 60 movies available.  Highest speed internet WiFi free in room.

There is one free designated off street lighted parking space in the driveway. There are unlimited available free street parking spaces directly in front of the townhouse. It is located on a side street off the of the main street leading up the mountain in a very safe affluent neighborhood.

Hawaii Kai is a highly desirable location on the South and East side of Oahu. The Mariner's Ridge mountain weather is not as dry as the very dry Leeward West side of Oahu and not as rainy as the Windward East side. The trade winds keep the temperature cool in Mariner's Ridge. The nice cross breeze in Mariner's Ridge moderates the temperature, making it cooler than the valley and Marina below.

The views from the unit and your lanai are amazing.  The ocean views, mountain views, marina views, fruits and flowers in the garden below are spectacular.   Relax and enjoy hawaii with luxury accommodations in a safe beautiful upscale Mariner's Ridge Hawaii Kai neighborhood. There are great Day Spas in the area and shopping close as well.  There are many close (several within 2 miles) beaches to choose from and easily located near all attractions.
