This beautifully remodeled Mediterranean style home sits on a large lot within walking distance to the shooting waters at the Marina Hills private olympic pool and tennis courts. We are located right in the center between Laguna Beach and Dana Point. This area is very kid friendly and the home has been child proofed for toddlers. You are minutes from two 5 star resorts (St. Regis and The Ritz Carlton) and just minutes to the most beautiful beaches in Southern California. We are also walking distance to popular food outlets, grocery and drug stores. We are also within 60 minutes from Disneyland, Legoland and the Wild Animal Park and 90 minutes to Sea World and The San Diego Zoo. We have plenty of space with a newly landscaped oversized lot. The inside of the house has also been newly remodeled with three flat screen TV's with cable, granite in kitchen and all three bathroom, computer hook-ups and many extras. WIFI access included.
