Monthly rental:

May 1 to Nov 30: $800.00 weekly / $1,900 monthly + exit clean up + refundable security deposit

Dec 1 to Apr 31 - $1,300 weekly / $3,200 monthly + exit clean up + refundable security deposit

.Refundable security deposit -------$250

To guarantee reservation a 25% deposit is required. The 75% balance is due 5 days prior to your arrival. The $250 security deposit is refundable 3 to 5 days after check out.
