$1500 per week 
$4600 per month 
 
1st May - 15th December 
 
$1200 per week 
$3250 per month 
 
Premium rates may apply for national holidays, including Memorial  
weekend, 4th July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. 
 
$100 exit cleaning fee. 
 
Miniumum $500 security deposit. 
 
Additional fuel charges apply for the heating of pool.
