Weekly Rate is 7 days/6 nights - guest will receive a 10% discount for a weekly stay.

Monthly Rates -(WINTER SEASON ONLY: Oct - Apr) based on 30 nights to avoid Texas Hotel Tax.

Cleaning rate is $65 per stay.

Hotel tax - 15% for less than 30 nights

Security Deposit - Refundable - $300 - returned within 2 to 3 days - is credited back to credit card.

This little Cabana house is the perfect setting. It is quiet and out of the way of any hustle and bustle, although located close enough to amenities for last minute needs. I had an extended stay here and with any little hiccup encountered, the property owners were right on top of it. For the long term stay, their pricing was reasonable. I would certainly consider this property again for any future visits to the island. As with any tourist area, you might want to consider shopping for necessities or fueling on the mainland, as the prices seem to increase once you cross the bridge.

Recommended for: age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, romantic getaway

Had a great time at this townhome. Way bigger than it appeared on pix. Clean and fresh smelling. The extra beach towels came in handy. The washer and dryer made it easy to leave with clean clothes and swim suites. Made it easy to leave as found, since all cleaning materials were provided. Curtains would have been helpful in keeping out the early light and providing more privacy but worth the stay. The only thing missing was our well behaved dog, Buddy (no pets allowed). Looking forward to staying there again!!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, romantic getaway

Gorgeous Place!

I am returning to this townhouse next summer, most definitely! The house was so clean, fresh, and very updated. Kitchen was fantastic! Dishes are supplied, so is soap, so one can go buy shrimp and cook them up for dinner, which is what my friends and I did. This place was much better than some old hotel! Just imagine: one could get a hotel room for two people, at about $185 a night--when one could get a much, much better option just by going to this townhouse instead! Much more space, much brighter, much cleaner, there's a kitchen, and think: no people stomping around in their hotel room that's above your hotel room, such a great bonus. The townhouse is so, so quiet and tranquil. One can sit on the patio and breathe in the fresh air, listen to the quiet, and have a relaxing, slow vacation. Or, if one really wanted to go on an adventure, there are other shops where you can rent equipment, such as fishing gear, kayaks, snorkling, and so on. This townhouse is good for people who want a quiet vacation, and for people who want to do many water sports during their stay.

There's so many advantages to getting a townhouse, it's amazing! The pool is nearby, and is so pristine. Also, the townhouse just a couple blocks from the beach, and it's near all the commodities one could ever need while on a vacation. There are shops where one can buy swimsuits of all kinds, and they also have many types of souvenirs and other things. It's right next to a CVS, so if one has an icecream craving, but can't go to the ice cream shop down the road because it's 10pm, one can go to CVS! There's a car wash, so if you want to wash your car, you can. There's a seafood shop, I think it was called Paul's Seafood, and they give you fresh seafood caught that morning!

Please go here, it's so much better than any sort of hotel one could find in Corpus or North Padre, by far.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing
