Watersports and golfing activities abound and are very reasonably priced year-round.  Sebring is centrally located with many of Florida's best attractions within 60-90 minutes.   The Gulf Coast and Atlantic beaches are also within 1.5-2 hours drive.  Many find that Sebring offers a refreshing break from larger metropolitan cities while offering most of the amenities in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

• Security deposit required:
• weekly rental $400 security
• monthly rental $500 security
• security deposit covers damages and excess utility usage and will be returned within 15 days.
• 50% of total rental rate due at agreement,  balance and security deposit due within 30 days of arrival for monthly rental (within15 days of arrival for weekly rental).
• Check-in time 2:00 p.m.
• Check-out time 11:00 a.m.
