Encinitas is full of every type of yoga studio, cafes, bars, and outdoor activities. There is always something to do. Located in North County, you can head south to Downtown San Diego or East to Julian for the famous Apple festival in October. The Quail Gardens Botanical Gardens are right up the street and a short jaunt over Encinitas Blvd will drop you in the center of any shopping you would need with everything from Z Gallery to Home Depot. If you don't want to get in the car, you can walk to Whole Foods for your groceries. And don't forget the weekend Flea Market on 1st Street!
