miles from Sumter Landing with its restaurants, shopping and free,
live entertainment nightly. The Caroline adult pool is 1/2 mile away

and queen size beds in the two other bedrooms. The lanai is
furnished with a table and 4 chairs and if you care to enjoy the
sun, there's even an open patio off the lanai. There is high speed internet access and an electric, two-seater golf cart is in the garage for use by our guests.

Rental rates are "all inclusive" and include the net monthly rental,
county sales and resort taxes, 2 resident IDs, cleaning fee and all
processing fees.

trash pickup, basic cable TV, local telephone and lawn care.

The home includes central heat and air conditioning, telephone and a
phone answering machine, 2 color television sets, DVD/VCR player,
fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, microwave oven, gas stove,
refrigerator and garbage disposal.

The Villages is a golfer's paradise. Golf can be played on 30
executive and 10 championship courses all located within the
community. It is also a golf cart community and just about
everything is available via a golf cart ride.

Two separate town squares feature free daily live entertainment
while recreation centers throughout the community provide swimming
pools, tennis, pickleball, bocci and shuffleboard courts, billiards
and card rooms and daily activities too numerous to list.

In addition to daily live entertainment, music and dancing, the two
town squares offer shopping, restaurants and movie theaters. The
Villages even has two separate bowling centers. The Savannah Center
offers concerts and various live musical productions.

The Villages, often described as the "Adult Disney Land" is
