My Siesta Key House in Siesta Key

This charming, cozy ground-level home has one of the best locations on Siesta Key. It is just a block to the best beach in the country, and a block to Siesta Village (where you can find many shops, restaurants and bars).  From the kitchen window you can see the gulf, where you can access the beach right through the back yard and cross the street.  If you have a car, the property comes with its own parking spot.

The unit consists of two queen beds and one double fouton (linens provided).  There is cable TV and internet access.  It is equipped with all the amenities to make you feel at home: linens, cookware, coffee pot, dishes, appliances, washer/dryer.  There are bicycles and kayaks available on the premises.  The bricked backyard has a table and chairs and an outside shower. 

Besides the beach and village to keep you busy, there are many sights and activities in the area.  On Siesta Key you can rent a jet ski, parasail, go fishing, boating or kayaking, or even go to the local fitness center.  Throughout Sarasota there are many restaurants and shopping areas.  Sight seeing recommendations are the Ringling Museum, Mote Marine, or one of the local state parks.  You can catch a show at the Van Wezel performing arts theater or at any other theater in the area.  For the golfer, there are golf courses located throughout Sarasota County.  It is the perfect place to just relax.

The house is still available for January through April, 2013!  The lower rates are applicable from May 16 through December 14.  The higher rates apply to December 15 through May 15.  Rates may be negotiable.
